Bella Esperanza was born out of a promise made by our founder, Alexandra Pfeifer, to a little girl named Esperanza in Tanzania. What started as one child’s hope has become a global movement to provide education and opportunity to countless others.
Education is the ultimate equalizer, empowering children to shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities. It drives economic growth, fosters understanding, and reduces inequalities.
We believe that education is a fundamental human right and the ultimate equalizer. We believe in a world where every child has access to education and creativity.
By combining creativity, collaboration, and compassion, we aim to build schools, bring education to underserved areas, and nurture a generation of changemakers.
We infuse creativity into learning by hosting art workshops, music events, and cultural activities, ensuring education is engaging and inspiring.
A beacon of hope. Located in Ugwachanya, Tanzania, our first school is already transforming lives. By 2027, 360 children will have access to education, with facilities that include classrooms, dormitories, refectory, dining hall, kitchen, laundry , sporting area, a library and more.
