There is a place where more than 100 orphan kids have access to education. This place is Rosemary Primary School – Ugwachanya, Tanzania
Rosemary Primary School is the first school we are building in Ugwachanya, Tanzania.
It will give access to education to 450 kids.
It consists of 10 classes, 2 dormitories for 100 kids, a refectory, kitchen, laundry, sports area, library, administration block and a teacher’s house.
It will give access to education to 450 kids once it is finished.
The construction of this school has been an urgent necessity, particularly for Esperanza and all other kids of the Orphanage Center of Tosamaganga.
Our school is becoming the new home for all orphans once they leave the Center.
The orphans of the Center, which is managed by the Teresine Sisters, can only stay there until they are 6 years old.
Once they reach this official age for going to school, they need to be integrated into existing families, who, however, often don’t take enough care of them.
Consequently, many of these orphans don’t have the chance to go to school.
