Creativity for education and social change
Bella Esperanza | BE is an Italian voluntary organization sparking a new generation’s global charity movement.
It was founded in 2023, inspired by Alexandra Pfeifer’s voluntary experiences in Tanzania, Africa.
At BE we believe education is a fundamental human right and the ultimate equalizer.
We believe in a world where every child has access to education.
Therefore, we are on a mission to create a global community of like-minded people, who all together bring education to children by building schools and granting access to creativity.
Our first pilot project is in Tanzania, where we building our first elementary school in Ugwachanya.

We believe that art is not for the privileged few. Art is human nature. To be human is to be creative.
Every child is an artist.
The problem is how remain an artist once we grow up
That’s why we collaborate with local and international artists, musicians and creative experts and organize art classes and workshops with them to make education more colorful, creative and most importantly more accessible.
